Group Therapy at Cape Clarity
for people living with cancer, chronic pain and their caregivers.
Ease the loneliness through structured, small-group conversation

You don't have to carry this alone

Living with (or caring for someone with) chronic pain, cancer, or long-term illness can quietly shrink your world. Even when you’resurrounded by people, it’s easy to feel misunderstood, isolated or emotionally exhausted.
Our paid group therapy programs offer more than conversation. They provide a clinically guided, supportive space where you can build practical skills and make sense of what you’re going through. You can reconnect with a sense of meaning and belonging, alongside others who genuinely “get it.”
Led by a licensed clinical psychologist, these small groupscombine professional structure with human connection, helping you along the way.
