We're building our team of contract clinicians on an ongoing basis. If you know a licensed mental health professional who'd be a great fit, we'd welcome the introduction, and we'll pay you $500 once they join our team.

Email the following to info@capeclarity.com:

1. Your name and how you know the candidate
2. Candidate's name and contact information
3. Candidate's license type and state(s) of licensure

If we're interested, we'll follow up to arrange an introduction.

To qualify for the $500 referral bonus:

- The candidate must not already be in an active conversation with Cape Clarity (applied, interviewed, or in contact within the past 12 months) at the time of referral.
- The candidate must hold an active, unrestricted license in good standing to practice in Florida.
- The candidate must sign a service agreement to join Cape Clarity as a 1099 independent contractor.
- The candidate must remain an active collaborator for at least 90 consecutive days from their start date and see at least 5 patients.
- If more than one person refers the same candidate, the first valid submission received is honored.

The $500 bonus is paid as a single payment once all eligibility conditions above are met.

This program does not apply to referrals made through paid recruiting or staffing arrangements. Cape Clarity may modify or end this program at any time; referrals submitted and accepted before a change takes effect will be honored under the terms in place at the time of submission.
