How Our Support Groups Work
We offer two types of groups. Some focus on learning practical coping skills, while others focus on connection and shared experience.

Steps to Join a Support Group
1
Book a Free Group Fit Call
In a brief 15-minute consultation, we’ll discuss your needs and determine whether our chronic pain, cancer, or caregiver support group is the right fit, and whether a paid or free support group is most appropriate for you.
2
Choose Your Group
Together, we’ll identify the small support group that fits your needs, led by a licensed clinical psychologist. You can choose to attend in-person at our main office in Cape Coral or via telehealth, depending on your preference.
3
Join a Skill Cycle
Our support groups follow focused skill themes that rotate every 6–8 weeks. You can join at the start of a cycle, complete a full rotation, or participate in multiple cycles depending on your needs.
